Nine Holidays
Seven are paid at time and a half. Christmas and Thanksgiving are paid at double time.Medical/Dental/Vision/Pharmacy
Employees must successfully complete 90-day probation period and work 32 hours per week to obtain medical/dental insurance. New Care pays a portion of the premium per pay period.Group Life Insurance

Employees accrue hours based on the number of hours worked per pay period. Employees must work at least 24 hours per pay period and have been employed by New Care from six months to two years. This benefit increases with longevity (Supersave and Superdoopersave)Scholarship/Tuition Reimbursement Programs
New Care helps new grads, potential employees, and current employees pay for college nursing classes and/or nursing school loans.Retirement Plan
A 401(k) retirement plan is offered to employees who have been with New Care for at least one continuous year and have worked at least 1,000 hours per year. Using pre-tax dollars, employees can contribute up to 100% of their annual salary or maximum. New Care matches 100% of an employee's contributions up to 1% of gross compensation per calendar year.Direct Deposit
All or part of each paycheck will be deposited to one's personal bank account. Result is immediate availability to cash.Continuing Education
New Care offers matching funds of 50% tuition up to $300.00 per calendar year for tuition and professional journals or publications approved by our clinical directors.Case Orientation Compensation

New Care offers appropriate client-specific training. This may include ventilator, tracheostomy, gastrostomy, and TPN. We also offer CPR, basic documentation, assessment and equipment training.
