We often say that our clients are the heart of what we do, and our nurses are our soul. Our nurses are second to none: highly skilled and committed to the specialized care they administer. As employers, we treat our nurses well, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because we believe doing so helps them do their jobs more effectively.
We are a highly qualified team
All of our nurses are highly trained in providing medically intensive care in a home setting. We pay for ongoing education to keep skills up-to-date, and our care management team offers nurses support in the form of scheduling, care assessment and planning.
Our ongoing commitment to comprehensive care
Once a client-specific care plan is in place, nursing care can begin. We perform ongoing case assessments free of charge to ensure that our clients’ needs are being met. We also manage scheduling, billing, planning and coordination of related services, freeing up precious time for our clients and their families to enjoy life together.
