Office hours

New Care is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am to 4pm on Friday. We also have an on-call service after these hours and on weekends: (206) 789-9054 or (800) 635-6480.

Directions:

New Care is located in Northwest Seattle, right in the heart of Ballard. Both paid and free street parking are available and paid lot parking is also available in the area around our building. Link to a map or follow the directions below:

Going northbound I-5

• Exit right at 85th St. N and Aurora
• Stay left over freeway on to 85th going west
• Turn left at 15th St NW
• Turn right on NW Market St
• New Care is in the Ballard Building on the right near 22nd NW and NW Market Street (2208 NW Market Street, Suite 520).

Going southbound I-5

• Exit right at 85th N and 80th
• Turn right immediately at 85th
• Turn left at 15th St NW
• Turn right on NW Market St
• New Care is in the Ballard Building on the right near 22nd NW and NW Market Street (2208 NW Market Street, Suite 520).

Enter Building (Swedish Physicians sign). Take elevator to 5th floor. Suite 520 is directly behind the elevator.

Parking: Turn right at 22nd NW and look for metered parking along streets or paid parking in lots.
