New Care History and Philosophy
Jamie Hills, RN, founded New Care in March 1985 and she continues to serve as the owner and CEO. Jamie's goal has always been to build a home health agency that employs competent, licensed staff for those children and adults who live at home and are dependent on life-sustaining systems. Jamie and her company remain committed to providing trained nurses for medically intensive home care as a viable alternative to institutionalization and in lieu of hospitalization. Being locally owned and operated, allows New Care to be timely and flexible in responding to our clients, families, and staff.
We are committed to dealing sensitively with clients and families who face the intrusion of nurses in their homes. New Care thoroughly checks employees' backgrounds via references and the Washington State Patrol. We fully insure our employees. Nurses are trained and oriented to each client's care. We offer our employees competitive wages and benefits. We offer 24-hour support to our staff in the field.
Our goal is to continue to evolve and improve as a medically intensive home health company, with an emphasis on customer service. We strive to offer the best care possible for our clients who are ordinary people with extraordinary needs.
New Care is an equal opportunity employer.
