Message from Our Founder, Jamie Hills

I founded New Care Concepts, Inc. in March 1985 so that people with special needs could live safe and independent lives. New Care keeps families together, providing medical assistance and support for a smooth transition from hospital to home.

To achieve this, New Care, the nursing team, and your family must work together to create a successful medically intensive home health care environment. Through the mutual respect required by this situation, we must all show appreciation, offer fair treatment, demonstrate professionalism, and extend common courtesies. As a result, we build long-term relationships with our clients rather than work with temporary medical cases.

New Care's nurses make this type of in-depth, continuous quality care possible. Medically intensive home health care is one of the most difficult specialties of nursing. That is why our nurses are compassionate and understanding, yet confident in their assessment skills and decision-making abilities. They listen for the words that are not spoken, work independently, and are willing to accept that others might have contrasting needs, interests, and personalities.

Our nurses are the heart of New Care. Our clients are the soul. Through the partnership of agency, nurse, family, and client, we are able to make a safe and independent life possible for those with long-term medical needs.
